Brendan Bonette recently graduated from Cal State University; Long
Beach. with a BA in History and is pursuring a career of teaching- he decided that being a stunt actor in historically
inaccurate movies (such as Gladiator or History of the World, Part One) might upset some of his colleagues in the
history field. Art is one of his favorite subjects as well. Put it this way, art is actually his hobby, as are
reading books and watching movies (even the historically inaccurate ones). He attended Camp Pacifica, a Lions Camp for deaf and hard-of-hearing children
and their siblings, and became one of the counselors there. That's when he met Crom and Wormy. During camp, he joined
in camp skits with them, and actually was part of the brainstorming session that inspired the trademark ICEWORM skit, "The
Real Wild West". He believes there are many opporunities for everyone; as we only have one life, so he is grabbing this
chance to have fun among the audience and the performers as a part of ICEWORM's shows.
One
of his favorite quotes comes from a classic movie called
'Ferris
Buller's Day Off':
"Life moves
pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while; you could miss it."
Well,
he's looking now!
